What really made my stay memorable, however, was the exceptional service we received from Paula(note: she makes great coffee) and Francesco. They went above and beyond to ensure that we had a pleasant stay, from recommending local attractions. And just having to communicate with them. Their friendly and professional demeanor made me feel right at home.
Overall, I would highly recommend the Hoxton Hotel in Southwark to anyone visiting London. The combination of comfortable accommodations, great location, and outstanding service make it a top-notch choice.
