Jaja closed my account with no reason given dispite the fact I was using this account within my credit limit and paying on time. The app they provide is rather annoying, I was transferred over from the Post Office and the service levels are so much different.

I dont even have an account with them but somehow they are takeing money out pf my bank account nearly 800 i am now in the prosess of haveing them done for fraud

I didnt choose this provider they took over the post office credit card. I always paid off my balance by direct debit and today I got an email saying they were stopping the service for no reason. Actually now I have read the reviews they have done me a favour.

Phoned JaJa this morning to inform them Ill be in India for 3 months & would be using my credit card there. Was then informed that my card would be cancelled from 6 June. They had not at any time informed me of this!! I have always paid my account in full when due and have not therefore (thankfully!) paid them interest. I had already pre-booked 9 hotels with this credit card as guarantor of payment. This means these bookings could have been cancelled without my knowledge. I have had to amend all these bookings with the hotels concerned. The customer services hotline (more tepid than hot, sadly) was, of course, useless and I was cut off while generating a formal complaint. **JaJas cynical, complacent and formulaic replies to all negative posts are proof positive of their moral redundancy and utter contempt for the general public**.
