The broth is a bit salty. I am familiar with the saltiness of ramen in Japan but I still felt this way. The noodles are really good on the other side. I like the hardness it has in the center. The chili sauce is also good and flavorful. Not really spicy but most of the spicy food in Japan is not really spicy to people from other cultures, so I wouldn't see it as a disadvantage.

ORDERED A 15 SALAD. No dressing. No cutlery. Is this your first day? Be better if youre charging these prices for goodness sake. Telephone number provided is a gifgaf mobile number that rings and rings. Really poor all round!

Food is decent but I had a very unpleasant experience at this location. You order online then wait for your food, all fine and well, but there was either a glitch in the software or I got something wrong (it was my first time there today - and the last time). A sizeable queue of people waiting to be called. I heard my name and the person preparing my food called me (she may have been a supervisor or manager, she was acting that way towards the others working there). She queried something I ordered, quite rightfully, because it looked amiss. I tried to explain I must have made a mistake, could she tell me what else came through to her so I decide whether to cancel that one item or start afresh. She did not and insisted if I wanted that item she could cancel it and I could go right back to the end of the queue. I tried to explain that it was a genuine mistake and unless she told me whay else they had prepared for me, I could not tell her whether that item was extra or in fact one of the things I wanted. I asked her to help me get it right and said I had a 4 year old outside waiting for her food, so I could not start all over. The person got really impatient, bordering being rude, to which I said I wished for mg order to be canceled, I would go elsewhere. The conversation escalated to the point where I was insulted for ... not speaking the same language as her (implying I did not speak English). Had I not had my daughter outside I would have canceled everything right away. As it was, once she eventually brought over my order slip, I realised there was an extra incomplete item and I asked her to refund just that. Note that the machine I ordered at did not give me a receipt so I could not see what I had ordered. Net net, I felt belittled, insulted, in full view and earshot of a pretty sizeable audience. Lady, that is NOT the way to run a business. No wonder your location is closing down. It's a shame, because the food was decent. But there are plenty of other places selling nice food and that offer good service.
