Kings & Queens Dry Cleaning and Laundry

This was the first ever laundrette I have ever been to, and the service was amazing. They were fast and they even insisted to do a delivery to my house. 100% recommended.

A couple of days ago I went to this shop because my washing machine broke down. I needed my clothes to get washed and ironed ASAP because I had accidentally spilled something on it and I needed to wear them the following day. When I entered the shop, the staff had a very warm welcome and were very kind. When I told them to wash my clothes ASAP, they were very quick with it and I got it in time. There were no wrinkles or any sort of stains on it. Would I ever go back there again? Of course I would, the staff was very kind and the service was amazing. 5 stars from me.

10/10 service Friendly customer service Very fast Very welcomed Very respectful Also gave me a student discount I will definitely be going back to them as they did my clothes very quickly Also they folded the clothes neatly which is a very nice gesture I highly recommend this dry cleaners very professional when it comes to work

They lost my cashmere sweater 6 months ago and still hasnt provided me with compensation. Its been a very frustrating experience as Ive been a loyal customer for 3 years and the quality has dropped significantly in the last year.
