If you are ill do not go to this gp. They will not help. They will watch you die in their reception before being proactive.

Worst GP I have ever been with. 1 hour wait to get through on the phone - often with the line going dead once call connected, taking over a week to reply to an online consultation and once call finally received, advised I would receive an appointment invite that never came. Next to impossible to get an appointment and on the rare chance you can, youre looking at an over 3 week wait at the least. Moving to Silverlock was the best decision I ever made. I can get through to reception with ease, online consults are responded to within 3 hours. Ive also finally been referred to a specialist for chronic fatigue by Silverlock and was offered all available tests at the first point of contact. I was in talks with Princes Street for years about fatigue and never once got referred to a specialist but plus had to push for tests.

Absolutely awful! Can't get through to anyone and if you manage to get through to someone they're so disorganised and clueless!
