To Whites Dental: This is absolutely the right location for my review (I've even attached an image, for your peace of mind!) Was left waiting outside on the street of your clinic way past my appointment time. Staff clearly saw me waiting in the cold but didn't let me in, knocked several times and was ignored, called several of your numbers and no response. After about ~40 mins of waiting, another customer arrived outside and was greeted immediately and the door opened. When I went forward, member of staff looked at me and immediately started closing the door on my face (!) until I protested that I had an appointment. Call it what you want, but it was dehumanising. Went in, dentist was quite patronising (which explains a lot?) and the entire experience was just belittling overall. On top of that, the audacity of the clinic to gaslight me saying that I probably reviewed the wrong place AND to message me to 'reconsider' my review for a 30 'apology' gift voucher is in extremely poor taste. How insulting, do better.

I highly recommend Whites Dental for anyone looking to get fixed braces. The staff are knowledgeable and provide great care. My teeth are now straight and I couldn't be happier.
