City mapper has gone right downhill. Looks like coincident with sell out to Via mar 23.Avoid. Misleading data. Forget. Another good company gone bad due to greedy and ignorant investors.

Easier than google maps to see the route, however very unreliable with timings!! Constantly changing the routes last minute. Walked to a station only to find out the trains stopped running. Then it told me an alternative route which turned out to be wrong as well. Get your timings right.

I have been using this app for quite a while and it was the best thing for a long time. But recently, in the past few months, I had been totally mislead with the times and routes. Today probably it was the last drop, when I ended up wasting extra hour because it did not give me correct live time for for the bus, nor warned me about Blackwall tunnel closure, nor bus route cancellation. And now you also started charging I hear? For what? Wrong info?

Really poor how they charge for the simplest routes and bus routes absolutely ridiculous and unfair to students and international workers very disgusted

Its a good concept , but execution is bad, I find myself running late just because the information is incorrect.. train timing, changes to bus service routes are not updated on the app
