Had a problem with taxing the car it's always been done automatically. DVLA sent me a V11Z form for me to tax it. After contacting Operations the problem was resolved. The dealership hadn't sent the Log book to Motorbility and I was not sent it. It's been resolved now panic over. Thankyou.

Absolutely appalled by kwikfit the tyre service motability use for their customers! Dreadful service! turned me away without any regards to how I can go to and from hospital appointment etc Without an inflated tyre! Didnt even look to see if they had the tyre for me or what type of tyre I had just turned me away completely unhelpful and rude! Had to go without a car all weekend and unable to attend hospital appointments was extremely Ill due to this missed appointments etc

These people go out of their way to help others. Very good helpful people who always ask "can I do anything else for you?".Excellent!!!!
