My husband worked for this company for almost 6 years. He put up with consistent poor management especially during the last 6 months of his employment. He put himself at risk every day working with some of the most vulnerable people in society, enduring long shifts including whole days followed by sleepovers and then morning shift after that with very little to no support. When he left he received nothing, no card no thank you. He put so much into that job caring for people and nobody from lifeways acknowledged it. I think its disgusting treating staff like that, it doesnt take much effort to simply say thank you for 7 years of service and hard work.
