Decent coffee but poor customer and subscription service. On two occasions I have received the wrong order. And recently when the coffee I subscribed to ran out of stock they continued to take payments without shipping the coffee and I had to cancel and chase. I am still waiting for coffee to arrive, as promised by David.

It was hard to find pods that we could just put in food waste, these ones go in. Been using them for a while and as long as you don't want a Pret size coffee, pods are great for speed. Recently been buying the beans for French press on the weekend, hence the review, the coffee is top!

I started buying capsules from Halo Coffee about 8 months ago in an effort to produce less waste, and I love them. Not only do I love their ethos and effort they put into making the planet a little bit better, their coffee tastes delicious too. I usually get the Noir, which is the perfect strength for me. And yes, Halo is a bit more on the pricey side, but honestly, I think they are worth every penny!
