        Ordered something, wanting to initiate a refund but the customer service is terrible. Not able to start the refund. Hopefully other people see this and take note. Quick to take the money not so quick to return it!

        Twice sent emails to Hario UK asking about a replacement washer for my Hario hand grinder, completely ignored both times. Not sure if the parent company know their UK office are uninterested in doing their jobs but you can buy clones of the grinders for a fraction of the price which are just as good. You may as well as there is zero support for Hario products in the UK.
