THIEVES!!! My partner and I moved to the area a year ago. We started going to this sports center and a couple of months ago we decided to cancel the subscription since we had many things to do at home, but we intended to return. I had to pay a monthly fee the day I canceled it, which I didn't care about. My surprise was when a few days later, they took the monthly fee from my bank account again. Both me and my partner have called, sent emails and even gone to the center. They have ignored me, they have told us that they would give us the money, but it never arrives. My partner has been ignored again. I have seen that we are not the first, that this company is dedicated to stealing money from its clients and then does not want to return it. We are all suffering from an economic crisis, and these shameless believe that they can play with people's lives and money. I'm sure 57 is nothing to them. For me it means that me and my partner can eat a whole week. It disgusts me that there are people like that in the world. If you don't pay, they don't take long to call you, put you on lists of delinquents, etc... We will not return to this center ever again. It's a shame since it's the closest to our new house. This company has sports centers throughout the country. I hope my message helps people to decide and go to other centers, because the only thing they do here is steal. FUSION LIFESTYLE. Fusion "manage" Tottenham Green leisure centre, and the place is a joke. Unfortunately for Tottenham residents, Haringey have signed Fusion up for a lengthy contract to run it. The changing facilities smell of urine, the toilets and other facilities are often dirty, floor tiles are chipped and the swimming lessons are poorly run and cancelled at very short notice without a phone call. Need I go on? A new manager took over earlier this year and promised changes. Not seen much sign of those changes as yet. Haringey needs to get rid of Fusion and get Better to run the place. Tottenham residents have had enough and we deserve better than this.

If I could have rated this minus 10 stars I would have. Absolute joke of a company! I have a family membership which costs 108 a month and whenever i try to book my kids in with me it says "there's a query on this account so may be more expensive to book" they then try to charge me to book my daughter in. Tried to ring the centre, no answer! Tried to ring head office, again no answer! The centres I use both have out of order signs on the jacuzzi and steam rooms. Was told when i signed up they'd be fixed in a week or so, six weeks later, still out of order! Honestly, don't waste your money!
