My favourite coffee shop to visit in London not just for their amazing coffee and delicious sandwiches but also the super friendly staff who always keep me feeling welcomed. Well done guys

Went here today, looked like a promising little coffee shop - turned out to be about as poor service as you can get ! Only myself and my daughter in queue waiting for our coffee order to be taken, so obvious we were waiting to order, but the guy at the till decided to completely ignore our existence while carrying out a benign conversation with a wannabe hipster. So unbelievably rude - I finally had to interrupt their conversation to ask if we could order our coffee, our order was finally taken, although the guy managed to carry on his conversation with his friend ! We then paid over 13 for two tiny coffees and a couple of average croissants - to add to the rude guy taking the orders , the two baristas had attitude enough to make any of their customers leave feeling like they were not worthy of their time. I cant see this place lasting unless the staff get some much needed customer service training.
