Having worked with Konvergent for some nine months now, I have been greatly impressed with the calibre of consultants and the organisational structure here which is totally focussed on delivering the very best solution to their clients. They have pulled out all the stops to expedite any road blocks for me and it can be seen that they have complete implicit trust from the client.

I have been working with Konvergent for 18 months to date as a consultant. The team of Konvergent Associates I work with are skilled, competent, capable and reliable. The organisation itself is well-run and highly considered by its clients. This is primarily because of the expertise it has at its disposal, and part of this is due to the way it engages with its Associates. There is always due consideration for the circumstances of people that work with them and the recent lockdowns are testament to this, ensuring flexibility in our engagements where necessary as self-employed consultants. Our team has all maintained our engagements through this time and I have always had my invoices paid promptly.

I did a EA contract for these guys years back and they paid me late almost every time and now I constantly get contacted about roles. The roles are always very low on rate and they will always try and get you down on top of that. They do not follow GDPR laws either. Owner is always ready to have a go at any given time, all in all its just a really unprofessional AND unlawful agency to do business with

Having worked via Konvergent as a consultant for just under two years I can attest to both the professionalism of the organization and the high level of parochial care provided to both their employees and their associates. I particularly rate the team of consultants I work alongside and would not hesitate in recommending the services that Konvergent is able to provide. At a practical level the administration is first class and my invoices have always been paid to time.

We're an IT MSP and have worked with Konvergent on many occasions supporting with different customers/architecture requirements. We count them as a partner. I originally worked with them as a contractor and their direction, honesty and way of working helped build us forward. They always put their customer first and aim to get requirements delivered in the best manner possible. Payment terms have always been excellent, as has data security (we've delivered some sensitive projects in this respect).
