        It was probably the worst experience I have ever had in my entire life. These people are not bankers, they are working more like a money transfer bureau. I think they've got some serious management issues. Just imagine someone with a manager title who would not understand a simple banking term. Stay away from these people at any cost.

        We call this kind of places trading like a bakkal dkkan in Turkish. Even my husband's off-licence is serving in a more professional manner. At least he knows what he is selling.

        A rather pointless place that is acting like a loanshark, not really a bank. The lady who describes herself as the manager of the place, doesn't aware of the basic principles of lending.
