I couldn't get access to my account and tried online and calling. I decided to visit the branch to get some help. Staff wasn't interested in helping and just told me to call the bank helpline. Also told me that it would take more than an hour for a staff to assist in transferring money from my account. What was the point of me even visiting the branch in the first place.
