Edit: Increased from 2 to 4 stars as the app seems to have been a lot better in the last 4-5 months since my initial review below and being taken over. Hopefully it will improve further, still think the charger is the best looking one out there. [Charger looks high end and great when works. App is awful and has been for months. I suggest you look at the reviews for Konnect+ before considering this product. Without the app working properly, the unit is effectively useless. Please sort it out, I would certainly not recommend your charger at the moment.]

Porsche recommended this product. It has never really worked and the engineers have had to replace numerous parts over the year is been installed. Since the bankruptcy there is no customer support whatsoever and I'm left with an expensive wooden box that does nothing. Going to replace it.

Zero customer service support. Be warned, should you need some support you will try but fail to reach anyone by phone and they simply don't reply to emails. I wish I had not taken Porsche's advice and opted for Andersen. They are clearly not fit for purpose

Pleasant people to talk to, but after 6+ months trying to get quotes I'm giving up! Initially contacted them, as Porsche recommended, to get Porsche chargers installed. Took a long time for survey, then a very long time for (overpriced) quotes. Sadly, they went busy and Evios taken over. Reached out to Evios many times but email and phone, never come back to me. Escalated to Porsche, got a call the next day...Trying to arrange another survey, a real struggle to actually speak to anyone.... Finally, a survey (very polite, knowledgeable and efficient engineer) on the 23rd Jan, promised a quote with a day or two.... Guess what, despite many calls / message I am still waiting... Was promised quote last Friday or Monday 13th Feb at latest ... and nothing. No wonder they went bust!

A very mixed bag of feedback regarding my Andersen experience. Whilst my initial contact with Andersen's customer service was a positive one, the following discussions have been more than disappointing. I'm currently renovating a house and wanted to pre-run the electrical cables from my fuse board to the charger locations, the 1st chats with Andersen were helpful & they gave me great information about what cable to select. However the good news stops there. Andersen's installation scope specifically states that it includes 15meters of cable as well as associated time & labour to run that cable as part of the installation costs. Given that this work had now been already done, I asked Andersen to remove this cost so I could place an order. The sales person who I spoke to took this to his senior management who wouldn't budge on this and refused to remove this from their costs. Effectively demanding that the customer pays for something that they won't be doing. The very definition of paying for nothing! This raises a massive red flag to me that money comes before common sense & customer service. What will they be like to deal with in case of a fault with the unit? Will they do anything, they've already shown that working with customers is not their priority. Massive red flags & I've walked away. I'm definitely not paying a company to do nothing!
