These guys cancelled my appointment the day before and then couldnt fit me in again before the deadline would occur for a medical abortion . I understand things change, people call in sick ect...but I had refered myself not my doctor i was 25 although a little clued up with my reg sex checks and stuff, I had no idea what I was supposed to do ,when they called to cancel they left me a voicemail and when I called them back with what felt like my life shattering around me they directed me back to the main switch board. I spiralled into a depression after all this ,specifically because of this service. I completely broke down that day after arranging the time off work and off studying and organising to have the right amount of time before hand got the shopping in all of the things to make sure the procedure went perfectly and these guys screwed me harder than the idiot that sent there in the first place. It resulted in me have to travel to Poole 2 weeks later to get the initial appointment then the 2nd 1 in Brixton as there weren't any double appointments available in London. I caught the fact the pregnancy occured within the first month and I organised this initial appointment having to wait 4 weeks with all of the lovely pregnancy symptoms and then this happened They made a difficult situation hard, rotten and miserable
