        connect nursing is an agency that took my heart compared to other places that I have applied and worked for. When I contacted Connect Nursing to find out if they have a vacancy for me as as a support worker? They talked me through their recruitment process and assured me that even if I have experience in nursing homes they can give me specialist training to work in the community as one to one. When I finished registering with them I have been supported with mandatory training and all the specialist training I need to work with my assigned client. I get a rota every month and I can plan myself outside work.
