DC Estates and Letting

Bismillaah. We got to know the people running DC Lettings and developed a rapport with them. They responded to our concerns and dealt with our maintenance issues diligently. Out of all the landlords and letting agents we experienced, they were the best. They made our stay in Leytonstone pleasant and enjoyable. Also, they assisted us in getting our deposit back. We would recommend them. Thank you.

Steer well clear, this is not an agency you want to trust with your money. Throughout our tenancy they made no effort to fix any of our ongoing problems with the rental property, ignored all our e-mails, withheld part of our deposit money and refused to partake in the DPS ADH process at the end of the tenancy. Go with one of London's many reputable lettings agencies, these guys won't be around for long.

These guys are unbelievable. I rented an apartment with them and since then it's been all problems. The toilets don't work, my bed was broken and they still haven't fixed it. Very unprofessional.

Not one to write reviews but I had a veiwing booked for a time and place, and when I turned up no one was there. When I phoned the lady I spoke to was rude and unprofessional and said I got the date wrong, I later checked and I was not wrong. Went out of my way to get to the viewing as well.
