Such a worst experience to book an appointment. They need to change their booking system and inline access is so complicated that I can't even book because of the access code it's terrible. Regretting registered to this surgery and looking for another option.

Fire the receptionist. All I needed was her to print off a blood test form and she printed it incorrectly and told me to go through the whole process of ringing up at 8am, being on hold for an hour, just to be told there's no appointments so try again tomorrow. Then when I did get an appt, the call lasted less than 3 mins, could barely hear the out of hours doctor, and he just sends me for a blood test, which they can't even get right! This incompetence goes way beyond the constraints put on the NHS - now it's just wilful neglect.

Terrible surgery..! Disgusting Receptionist/Telephonist.. they think they running the country. Doctors hiding behind closed doors (scared of Covid) Advised public to take vaccine but refrained themselves...what a joke. All NHS/GOV funding should be stopped and surgery closed from immediate effect. These doctors are building property empires from the budgets which should be used for patients treatment and care. Neglecting the suffering patients which they are responsible for and have a duty of care to.

Really helpful service, great GPs (I saw and spoke to Dr Wakefield), Cant fault the service I've received from the all the staff and the NHS as a whole, glad this is our local surgery.
