My 2nd visit in 1996 was with a 190e Benz. Mercedes main dealer had quoted me 750 for the wiper motor and assembly. On collection Mr Bansal Jr asked me for 30. I thought it was the diagnosis fee, but he actually said it had been fixed as it was due to leaves and dirt clogging the wiper sweeping movement. Cleaned and working like new. He could have charged me 200-300 but he was unbelievably honest.
Been back for the next 28 years and have sent 100+ others to him also. Always fair. Always honest. Almost always busy so call in advance. Lovely to see the skills passed from father to son. Highly recommended, no matter how far away you travel from. If only all businesses were run on the same morals.
