        Even after vacating they still havent initiated my refund. And particularly Zain is not even answering my calls anymore. Worst experience ever.

        One of the worst agencies ever!! No professionalism what so ever. My friend stayed at this property and has been more than 10 days since he vacated, But no sign of refund nor ZAIN. ZAIN has been ignoring our calls and messages completely. After contacting the management regarding the same, NIKKITA asked for property address where he stayed and that's it! no response from them after that. While checking for reviews it's getting more clear that the good reviews that stress on how good the service provided by ZAIN is all the reviews from the company itself and all are fake reviews. I do not recommend this agency at all. Especially ZAIN!
