You can tell more about a business when things dont go to plan. I recently ordered 2 sets of business cards from Coyzi Press & asked if they could deliver within a few days. Online orders get better rates than those placed in person or by telephone & email at Coyzi, but the lovely Alphia was happy to confirm various details on the phone without extra charge. Sure enough, a few days later the business cards arrived but only one set. I let Coyzi know and without any drama they chased their delivery firm. When the second set didnt materialise, they printed another batch at no added charge. Perfect customer service, & lovely business cards at competitive prices. Would happily re-use and recommend.
