        Kevin was absolutely incredible. I had my hair bleached and half head high lights else where. I wasn't happy at all. Cried! Found Kevin at Dare who reassured me that he could colour correct and redo my highlights as well as improving the rest of my hair colour. It was wonderful advice. He took complete control. I cannot describe how happy I am. I wish I had come here first. I would highly recommend. Very professional. Very clean. I was well looked after. Service: Hair coloring
