Kind and very helpful RECEPTIONISTS, absolutely amazing! Unfortunately, DOCTORS are NOT helpful at all. After two years with the practice and ten, or so, visits all I heard was: "please be quick, you have 5 minutes" (every visit!), "unfortunately, we can't refer you for", "if you don't take painkillers you're fine", "come back in 6 months". And so my impression is that all they care for is to: 1. Have my visit ticked off and charge the NHS of our taxes. 2. The "5 minutes" isn't enough for doctors to get familiar with a health issue. 3. Little care about their clients (this is a private practice). Therefore, I've decided to change my GP practice.

I am a new patient and I've been advised and helped in a professional manner,polite and positive attitude by receptionist Odeta. Very reassuring when arranging the appointments and build to my needs. Thank you so much !!!

Very caring and understanding Had a emergency even though I did not have a appointment still seen me and referred me to whipps Cross in a emergency as I had a appendicitis
