High Road Surgery

Its a shame i cant give the a zero rating. Never had a problem with the doctor but the Rude obnoxious receptionist Shouts down phone at you. This person needs to be sacked. They obviously dont read their reviews as the woman still works there. Will be speaking to practice manager about this. Thank god i have a good phone thats records well.

The receptionist lady are very very rude towards patient. She just make more sick the patient rather that to treat. She doesnt know what is her job. I dont understand how this rude person allowed to work there. She asked me to call 11.30 and 12 and I called 11.55 to book an appointment and she said it is late. The doctor as well very unprofessional towards their job.

The doctors are lovely and very helpful. However, the receptionist is incredibly rude and to be honest quite aggressive every single time i spoke to her. Getting an appointment is difficult particularly if face to face is needed.

The Dr is unprofessional and neglects his patients, he has given many misdiagnosis and ignored very serious things! The receptionists are disgraceful, the way they speak to the patients and decide if they like you enough to give you an appointment!
