        Great service from the moment I walked into the showroom to the completion of my new fitted carpet. Staff were very knowledgable and helpful, delivery was prompt and the fitters helped move my large sofa. They also left my lounge clean and tidy. Would highly recommend Andy and his team, I will defiantly be shopping with them again.

        If you're thinking about using this company please reconsider. When things go wrong customer service is very good at advising they will contact you but they won't (as evidenced by other reviews). My experience from start to finish has been shocking and really disappointing. On the day numerous errors were made via their fitters (also at another address they attended) and in addition to requiring another appointment I have a cracked tile. Please save yourself the upset and frustration.

        Amazing service from start to finish, Bilal was super helpful and patient and really helped with the decision for the carpet that I wanted. Suzanna was also amazing and was honest with options for the carpet to also help make the best decision, she also came to measure really quickly after visiting the store (within an hour!) Will definitely come back here if I ever need any other flooring done, thank you!
