        Had an appointment with Dr Das at 3pm waited 45 minutes to be told he is in a meeting, Ive been coming to this surgery for 37 years and this is the first time I had needed to complain not happy at all and will be changing my Drs.

        I've been with this GP since 2017. Although some of the consultant Dr haven't been great (one male) the main Dr have been good. I saw two female Dr here who listen to my problems and gave me good advice. It's difficult to get an appointment but when you and if you get the right Dr then you're in good hands. Also the reception staff are really nice. Kathy (I think) also listen over the phone and tries to help as much as possible. They always call back when they say they will.
