Was put in contact with them via 111 for an emergency, I received a same day appointment on a weekend. Arrived and was greeted by a friendly and helpful front desk, a short wait and a couple of forms and I was in with the Dentist, he was very informative and took the offending tooth out which apart from the injections was for the most painless. Would highly recommend this Dentist surgery.

I hate going to dentist but today had a good experience with a very good Dentist her name is Dr Nicole. I chipped my front tooth and was so scared it will be so painfull but she was so gentle and did an excellent job. So happy with the results. The staff are all friendly and as i arrived i was seen without any delays. Great service and thanks Dr Nicole . See u in 6 months

My mother (who is a very nervous patient)was seen by walla (not sure if I've spelt her name correctly) and her nurse...firstly I would like to thank them for how we were greeted so kindly. They made us feel at ease straight away. They were patient and kindly explained step by step what she was doing treatment wise...walla was very gentle and her and her nurse were very kind and caring . They did a fantastic job of filling my 3 front teeth... I had felt no pain and they look lovely thank you so much from maria (the Italian lady) xxx

I was referred here by 111 and wish I never went. I was seen by the female dentist who had a lack of empathy and I had to ask her numerous times to clarify what she was saying as it made no sense. I had a lump with pus on my gum above an old crown. She told me my tooth was infected and it would drain out of the lump. My only options were to go to another dentist or she could try to pull my tooth out. I had no faith in her at all, so I declined her offer to pull it out. Ive had this issue with another tooth in the past and my old dentist back home dealt with it professionally. Save your money and do not waste time going for a check up here. Its knocked my confidence in dentist and Im currently looking for a new one. There is no way I would sign up here as a patient.

What a rude service. I just called to inform myself about the prices of the particular treatment and the lady didn't even let me finish my sentence and hung up the phone on me. It is not patient's fault that you hate your job. Beyond disappointing, would never set my foot there.
