Simply asked a question and got a rude, unnecessary reply. Terrible customer service so I didn't even end up booking with this lady. Definitely wouldn't recommend which is a real shame because I love supporting local businesses but decided to go elsewhere after this. *EDIT- This is infact the correct company- Marcela's Cake World of SE6. Therefore I will not be removing my review and 100% stand by my initial comment. Please refer to the images attached where you can clearly see that the contact number provided on Google and the number in the WhatsApp screenshot are the same.

UPDATE: Recently had a wheat free and dairy free red velvet cake from Mercela and it was again beautifully decorated but also the most scrumptious I've ever had. It was so good me and others who tasted it couldn't believe it was wheat free and dairy free! Words cannot describe how soft and moist it was even after a week! If you need an allergen free cake you must get one baked by Mercela! Most beautifully designed, scrumptious birthday cake! I found Mercela's cake through Google, and was keen to get her to bake my partner's birthday cake after seeing her designs and I wasn't disappointed. I gave Mercela a loose brief and she transformed it into a beautifully, designed cake. My partner was amazed by how lovely the cake looked and the level of detail in the design but it was the taste that truly blew him away! He declared it was the best red velvet cake he's ever tasted! It was very moist, soft and scrumptious! His friends also said it was the best cake they ever tasted. Mercela is very polite and offers exceptional customer service, responding to queries very quickly and going above and beyond to produce the best possible cake for her customers. The cakes are very competitively priced. I highly recommend Mercela's Cake World. She is the only person we'll be getting our cakes from, from now on!
