Went for individual eyelash extentions yesterday afternoon. The photos show what I woke up to this morning. The lashes that were left on my eye, I just took them off. I'm happy because they haven't damaged my own lashes. Do these look like individual lashes to you? The staff are really friendly and welcoming but it doesn't make up for poor service. All the complaints I read are about the eyelashes, you would think it would improve.

BEWARE DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY AT THIS PLACE - ABYSMAL CUSTOMER SERVICE, GOODS AND SERVICES NOT PROVIDED - GO THERE AT YOUR OWN RISK! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! Purchased a Microblading and top-up treatment at Imanis Beauty Bar, London from Wowcher for my mother and I. My mother lives local but I live 50miles away, so I thought I'd book something nice for us both. I should've twigged that something was wrong with this place, when I called to book an appointment and they said they'd call me back but never did. My mother managed to get through via telephone and we FINALLY booked an appointment for the 17th of February - bearing in mind the voucher was purchased in November! This was also confirmed via text message. So, after driving 50 miles ( yes, considering the current economic situation - what a waste of diesel) , my mother calls me distressed to say that no one is at the place to carry out the treatment we booked! When I arrive a hairstylist informs me that she is not present. When the hairstylist calls the owner, she claims that she is ill in hospital and that Groupon and Wowcher are aware of this. We pointed out it would be good customer service. Unbeknownst to her ( which I now know the owner's name is Tanya) we could hear her tell the hairstylist. This is why I don't like Groupon customers ,who would buy a voucher , its only 7! complete insulted and degrade us to her colleague over the phone. (So much for being Ill and poorly. Clearly she had the energy to insult customers) *For clarification, I booked two Microblading vouchers for 94 each not 7 eye lsh extensions. * We received: No apology No refund No acknowledgement of inconvenience caused No offer for reimbursement in regards to fuel Instead: No service or product Rudeness Insults Clearly, Tanya has a negative opinion of those who purchase vouchers from Wowcher and Groupon for treatments - therefore why promote your business on a voucher website? We unsuspected customers wouldn't even be aware of your budget bar if you didn't promote it on there. It appears that Imani Beauty Bar wants your money but do not want to provide a service. Sounds dodgy to me. Do not book any treatments from Imani Beauty or Tanya, because shell take your money but youll never receive any goods and services. It seems Tanya, also owns The Rightmove Inn Enterprise. Beware, because if she cant fulfil beauty treatments. You may end up homeless! If Wowcher cannot issue a full refund I will be seeking legal advice in regards to a full refund and fuel reimbursement - keep away it's not worth the hassle and a horrible experience!
