Ship Shape Bedding

Great service and great products. Would certainly use Ship Shape again.

I will say the final product (a Mattress) is excellent, well made and of good quality, though getting it was problematic. The mattress was the wrong height when it eventually arrived but to be fair Ship Shape offered a good solution free of charge to solve that so we cannot fault the service. Be sure to provide a good land based address for delivery as this can be extremely difficult if you live on a boat and don't have one.

We ordered a V berth mattress for our boat. We do not live on the boat so there had to be some coordination between manufacture and delivery to the marina to coincide with us being there. That all fell into place today with delivery by Tuffnells. The staff at Shipshape have been very helpful and the finished product is exactly to our specifications. The kit sent out for measuring had easy to follow instructions and a template to cut round. We wanted a slightly different shaped insert to allow for access to a cupboard and our instructions were accurately executed. All in all we are very pleased with the service, product and value.

Having bought Ship Shape fitted sheets in the past I was familiar with the quality to expect and have not been disappointed with my latest order. V shaped Duvet, duvet covers and sheets as expected. Very helpful, efficient and friendly service. I did use phone and email rather than the website. Delivery was speedy. Full marks and thank you Ship Shape team. Vida- Falmouth
