The Butterfly Cake Shop

Talk about customer service and support! Now my original order was scheduled to be delivered to recipient no.1 and that had to be changed for reasons on my end. I contacted the shop and we decided to have my order scheduled to be sent to recipient no.2. I had to change that again (all on me just to be clear) and had to be sent to recipient no. 3!! Now, as if the owner shouldn't be annoyed with me by now, she has been ABSOLUTELY STUNNING and patient and advised me along the way. She performed a miracle so that I can get my items to the right place at the right time by simply going the lengths to ensure I was satisfied, and boy AM I SATISFIED! My items will be heading to the Caribbean thanks to this amazing shop and its owner! Definitely getting my coins again!

Amazing cake, looked beautiful tasted as good as it looked. Went down a treat with matching cupcakes which were just as amazing.

I absolutely loved the customer service! I am an international customer and was very pleased with the products as well as her professionalism. Her tips get sold out pretty quickly so I lost out on buying one from her but as soon as the new stock came in, she informed me even after so many weeks. That is dedication and ensuring that she keeps her customers in the loop. Absolutely wonderful and can't go wrong in using her services.

I've ordered cupcakes from Kirsty on 2 occasions and shall be ordering again. With each each order she has gone above and beyond expectation, creating the most amazing, delicious cupcakes. Kirsty is very responsive to any enquiries and a lovely, friendly lady. I highly recommend The Butterfly Cake Shop.
