The whole experience from discussion through to negotiation and culminating in sale was totally Pain Free and a pleasure! Something to be said in the current times that we find ourselves in. His knowledge of motorbikes is second to none, so for myself purchasing a Triumph for the first time and needing some guidance has been invaluable.
