Friendly and helpful staff, you dont get hassled as soon as you walk in, the guys on the front just let you know where what is and you can crack on by yourself. Id happily buy a car from here.

We bought our new car from Carshop Sheffield on Sunday. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We dealt with Bianca and Matt. Both were lovely and made the experience 5* . Bianca was attentive and went above and beyond to help us get the car we wanted at the best price. Matt made the paperwork side a breeze and kept us entertained

I have been looking for a Dacia Sandero Stepway for a while and came across a couple on the Carshop website. I saw that it was possible to reserve a car online for a refundable deposit of 99, so I reserved a car late in the evening on the Friday. I was contacted by Carshop on Saturday morning to make an appointment to view the car. This was confirmed by email, phone and WhatsApp message. We arrived at our appointment time on Sunday and was greeted straight away by our sales person Yvonne. She was very attentive throughout and answered any questions we had about the car. She facilitated the test drive, went through all the information and was even able to tell us where Carshop had sourced the vehicle from. She did try to sell us the GuardX package, but did not make us feel uncomfortable when we declined. We decided to buy the car and was introduced to one of the finance managers, who sorted an appropriate finance deal for us. We were at the showroom for almost 4 hours altogether, which seems like a long time, but they were really busy that day. Throughout the process staff were very attentive, people checking that someone was dealing with us etc. I would definitely recommend Carshop to friends and family as customer service and communication is very important to me. I love my new car and I am very pleased that I chose to take my business to Carshop.
