When ordering a kids meal & you get asked what age & you say 10 you expect it to be put through the till as stated. When my 10 year old got his sausage & mash he got 1 & a lump of mash. I then stated it says 2 sausage on menu, I was told it depends what gets put through the till. OK so you then say you had said 10 years of age & had pointed to him as he was with me when I ordered, so they sorted him out another sausage but no apology. The older woman was slight perturbed that I had asked the question & she is the reason why I gave 3 stars not the other staff.

Been a while since I last visited Winter Green, but pleasantly surprised there is now a Gluten free menu. I had the carvery, the servers knew what I could and could not have, very knowledgeable about the contents of the foods. Very enjoyable, lovely place to dine, gets fairly busy. Staff are attentive and friendly.

Loren is a one of the best team members you could wish for. Walking to the bar and she remembers my difficult order. Massive credit to your company
