        Disgusting service. They do not listen. Explained twice I was on immune suppression medication and had a cold (that has bed ridden me for a few days) and needed support in finding medication I could use to fight it off as limited what I can take. All I got from Jill the receptionist is the doctor can't help you with a cold. So rude, hung up.

        I have just been greeted by a receptionist in the sweetest and most professional manner . She was on her own on the phone with her headset. when she spoke with myself the lady was so so polite and professional and updated me on all of my questions. This team I am sure have to put up with a lot from people who are not very happy . But I wanted to say thank you . X
