        Terrible company. I wasn't even going to give a star but can't submit without one. We asked for a price over the phone including delivery to our address and when we sent our PO, we received a pro-forma invoice soon after. Till then all good. A delivery charge of 245 extra than originally quoted was added. Call back to discuss and was told we were unrealistic and put the phone down on us. Rung back and spoke to the manager ( Matthew) to ask if we could collect, now I understand during Covid it can be difficult so I've asked if the material could be dropped outside the premises for us to collect and refused and said again that we were unrealistic. Wouldn't bother using them at all. If they treat customers like that in this current situation, it won't be long until they put the key under. Really unprofessional.
