After months (if not years!) of a bathroom that leaked into our kitchen, I had really started to lose hope that it was ever going to stop. That was until I met Alex from Diversa-tile. After one visit, he immediately identified our issue and he has repaired it in such a short space of time (3.5 days!). The bathroom now looks absolutely fantastic and the leak is gone! I could not be happier with Alexs work. Having someone in your home to do work is challenging and can be awkward, especially when working from home as I am currently. Alex was so considerate, made me feel completely at ease and was so friendly. You can tell he takes a lot of pride in his work and everything he has done for us has been done perfectly and with so much precision. He made sure I knew what was going on throughout the duration of the work being completed and I was updated every step of the way. My husband and I are so happy with the finished product and our bathroom looks fantastic. I would definitely recommend Alex to anyone looking to have work done in their home, he made the bathroom makeover an entirely stress-free process and we couldnt be happier and more thankful. Quality service through out. Alex came to tile our en-suite bathroom and did an excellent job. Also gave some sound advice on some plumbing issues I was having. Will certainty be using his services for our Kitchen Renovations.
