I purchased a Mini Cooper D from Mike a few weeks ago now. Mike came across very well and not pushy at all, just left me to look around the car and then take on a test drive on my own. After a few days the car did develop a fault which was looked at immediately and it was thought that the repair had worked, however, the fault came back a few days later. Mike took the car again and reassured me that once I got the car back it would be repaired. After a few days I did get the car back and pleased to report it has been faultless since. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Trade Cars 4 U and Mike, absolutely first class customer service. A lot of companies could learn a thing or two from these guys so thanks again. Awesome to deal with John and Mike. Known John for over 20 years and he made the transaction smooth and easy. Car is great and was cleaned to a great standard. Slight issue with the air con on viewing but was sorted in no time. Would highly recommend these guys.
