Ive been coming to Alison for my brows since 2019. I just absolutely love them. Alison herself is really friendly, approachable and knowledgable and I feel really safe with her and trust her completely. My brows have never looked better. She does an absolutely amazing job and I cant thank her enough. Very, very highly recommended. Ill never go anywhere else for my brows as long as Alisons in business! I recently contacted Alison after years of struggling with adult acne and scarring. She was so helpful and informative from the first reply! I sent across some photos of my skin and she explained my treatment options, answering any questions I had. Alison has a smart and professional website with clear information and an online booking system which is so easy to use. Once I had made my booking, I received an email with a link to an online consultation form and advice on what to avoid prior to my treatment. This was all very reassuring and I could see already she puts a lot of care and thought into her business and clients. I went this afternoon for my treatment which was a Chemical Peel Facial. I was greeted by a very smiley and friendly Alison who led me into the treatment area for a thorough consultation. The clinic was modern and most importantly, pristine. We went over my skincare concerns, with Alison asking questions and listening carefully to get a good understanding. She talked me through what we would be doing during my treatment which really helped put me at ease as I had never had an advanced facial treatment before. I now know that a Chemical Peel Facial is quite an uncomfortable experience with some short term pain (which is not surprising when you consider what the process actually does!) however, I trust Alison completely and she continued to talk to me the whole time, reassuring me at each step. Alison gave me written aftercare instructions and also talked me through them before I left. She told me what to expect in terms of reactions in the coming days and how to manage them. She also expressed how important it was to use the correct products at home and when I asked what she would recommend, she had good product knowledge and helped me to make an informed decision. I am so glad I found Alison and I am looking forward to my skincare journey with her, especially since I now have hope of improving my skin which is something that has knocked my confidence for such a long time. Not only did Alisons work stand out from the rest I just knew when I had my consultation that she is a perfectionist and cares highly about her clients. I got told every inch of information before the needle touched my skin. When someone is tattooing my face this was super important to me it wasn't a rushed process and I really appreciated that. My brows was sooo uneven one alot higher than the other. It took alot of prep work to line them up as perfect as possible. We spent time deciding what colours was best for my skin, I liked that Alison was honest and explained to me that certain colours that I had in mind would be too dark once healed. Alsion didn't just tell me about before the tatto she also explained the after care information. Once healed my brows are exactly how I wanted them she is AMAZING!! I have been using the Services of AW Permanent Cosmetics for the last 4 years. Alison is provides a professional, welcoming environment with a throughly informed choice of services. Alison enabled me to gain a brow, eye and lash confidence through a fully consulted process. I have full confidence in any advice and service Alison provides and will always recommend her service to anyone. I Moved 30 miles away from Castleford to years ago and still make the journey to Alision for the service and they way she engages with me , which makes me feel like I'm meeting up with a friend for a catch up. Alison is by far the most professional person I have met in the beauty industry. I highly recommend her services. I have had my eyebrows tattooed with her and also had a dermplaning facial as well as some smaller treatments. My experience of her services were excellent and Alison is so kind and friendly whilst maintaining an outstanding level of cleanliness and an impressive range of services.
