Went with what I thought was a shoulder problem. After only a few weeks my problem was located. The knowledge and physio regime provided found my forearm to be the problem. Treatment is now focused on that area and making great progress. Very happy in myself now being pain free. Continuing treatment helps my mind state as well as my problem. Very happy

I started to see Karen in September after suffering for nearly 3 years with lower back problems while I await injections in my lower spine. Karen is very passionate and knowledgeable about all aspects of massage and has helped me a great deal and allowed me to gain a lot of pain free movement back.

Karen offers a wholistic approach to her therapy. She is knowledgeable and passionate about her work. Karen treated my back and shoulder issues with immediate relief and also spent time discussing diet and exercise with me. She showed me exercises I could continue at home which are effective and easy to perform. I would highly recommend her physical therapy services.
