Visited the showroom to try new mattresses recently, the team there were very accommodating and knowledgeable about the products and allowed us to browse and try at our leisure. They had a vast selection of furniture to chose from to suit all budgets. Ended up buying a Harrison Spinks mattress which was made to order and delivered a few weeks later. The ordering, communication and delivery were all spot on and arrived within the estimated time frame.

Spent fair amount of money in this store. The loubge corner unit great. The bed not unwrapped by delivery staff as carpet was not fitted. Husband signed papers. We unwrapped two days later, photos show being unwrapped to fine a fault. Spoke to Phil today to be told as we signed papers to say received and in good order they are not responsible. He went onto say we did the damage to which i laughed. They are not prepared to do anything as its our fault. We went to an independent company for better customer service but they are just like everyone else take your money and not interested. Disappointed to say the least. Moral of the story don't sign anything until everything's been checked and double checked.

Just had delivered my new sofa, Came when I was told it would. No issues like I had with the bigger stores. Definitely recommend . Cheers
