Photography Backdrops

Having received a Winnie the pooh backdrop i was shocked to see it also had peter rabbit on there. I have tried many times to contact the owner of the company but he refuses all communication apart from 2 messages saying hes collecting his son from school and can i take a photo of the fault. i Sent him proof of the fault and he blocked me rather than ( as he states on his website) " We are dedicated to ensuring that we have happy customers even if we have to go that extra mile to exceed our customers expectations, we also ensure our staff are happy too with regular rewards and training for the amazing amount of effort they put into producing our products. Our quality control process is used to individually check each and every single backdrop product that we manufacture to ensure that we meet the quality standards that our customers expect" Why would peter Rabbit and his mum Mrs Josephine Rabbit be on a Winnie the Pooh Backdrop ? Do not buy as you are wasting your money. I have adjusted the exposure so it is clear what is on there . Take a look at the image. Clearly Peter rabbit can be seen. Take a look at the images from his website that i am posting and they are extremely similar with the tree being the same on both back drops. The backdrop was not quality checked as it is still plain to see with the naked eye. Maybe covid has made him want to make money rather than give the quality product he raves about ?

Quality of the backdrops is amazing! Customer service is above and beyond anywhere else, even my relentless messages about size and deciding which backdrop to choose! So pleased with my purchase. Will definitely be using them again in the future!
