Took my 93 year old dad for his covid vaccine today . Had an appointment at 10.55 got there at 10.50. The waiting room was absolutely rammed with elderly people. I asked the guy who was ushering people in why there was so many people waiting when it's appointments. He had no idea neither did anyone else in there ,no one knew who was next in line and one elderly lady had been there over an hour as walk ins were just taking over by the look of it. Absolutely no . organisation just utter chaos. Took my dad home and now booked at the GP in May .Complained to the supervisor who then blamed the NHS . I suggest buying a book of numbered tickets and handing them out to the people in turn.
