The staff were very helpful when I wanted to get my pre payment certificate for HRT. I was their first customer to do this. I tried the QR code but ended up going onto a website instead. They reminded me that my NHS number was on my prescription. I know that through the pandemic there have been difficult times with supply chain issues and staff shortages and, in spite of that, they have always been professional. Thanks very much for a great service.

Used to be the best pharmacy in town, but lately they are always short staffed, always short of stock & sometimes closed, for lack of a pharmacist. This is not the staff at fault, who always try their best, but the company dont seem to back them anymore. We used to have 4 Loyds in town, now just this under-supported one. Are Loyds going under or something!?

Had to wait 45mins for pre ordered prescription. Short staffed. One in one out policy. Shut 3 days one week. opening at 1 oclock one day through staff shortages. Really bad managers of this once well staffed and well stocked chemist
