        Owner confused my daughter's Cockerpoo (Teddy) with my friend's Yorkiepoo (Duggie) & would not accept they were totally different dogs. Duggie was very difficult to groom & needed members of his family around him, whereas Teddy, our dog, was nervous but not to that extent & was there on his 2nd visit! The owner just continued to argue with me that my dog was Duggie & said he wouldn't groom him. Very unprofessional & argumentative. He just would not listen or discuss that they were different dogs? Would not recommend for young or nervous dogs & will never return!! Photos of Teddie with white chest & Duggie who is all black.
