        I attended this shop today to be greeted by a chap who was to say the least vey stand offish i asked about buying some glasses and the impression i got was of total disinterest. i will definately be not using this shop ever again he needs to learn about friendly customer service.

        Fantastic service from start to finish. Very friendly, professional and extremely helpful. I am really pleased with my new glasses they are very well made and good quality unlike the ones Iv previously purchased from some of the so called leading names in town.!!

        Well after using specsxxxrs for years I scratched my glasses and when back to have lens replacement well it was going to cost me more for new lens than new glasses how that works I've got know idea, anyway someone recommended spectacles room great price fantastic customer service I will be from now on be using spectacles room goodbye specsxxxrs.
