Really disappointed for the first time with Fat Face at Junction 32 last week. I had a dress that was purchased the 3rd March still with the tags and I had the receipt and just asked if I could get a credit note as the dress wasnt right for me. I dont live nearby so hadnt had chance to go back. The manager didnt even look at the dress but looked at the receipt and just said policy was 15 days and couldnt do anything and was very unsympathetic. I totally understand that it was over the 15 days and its a policy but just really disappointed in how it was handled. Just a shame as wont be going back again and normally buy a lot in there when we do go to J32. Just a shame
